Montego Bay, Jamaica — February 28, 2026

🎾 The official launch of the Jamaica Nonprofit Tennis Academy & Enrichment Centre at Takuma Boutique Hotel brought us directly into the inner-city communities of Flanker, Norwood, Glendevon, Bottom Pen, Salem, and surrounding areas. The children displayed incredible natural talent, and the entire experience was filled with joy and inspiration. It was truly one of the greatest days I have ever spent on the tennis court.

⭐ Teaching these young players reminded me of Richard Williams discovering Serena Williams and Venus Williams for the very first time. The level of talent within these communities is remarkable, and it is clear that there is extraordinary potential waiting to be developed.

🏫 The Jamaica Nonprofit Tennis Academy & Enrichment Centre, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States, uses tennis as a powerful vehicle to help elevate socially and economically challenged children by providing mentorship, discipline, life skills, and educational opportunities through sport.

🤝 Thanks to generous donations from supporters in the United States, the Academy was able to provide transportation, lunch, and official academy T-shirts for the children who participated in the launch event.

👧👦 The turnout exceeded 150 enthusiastic kids, all full of energy, excitement, and a genuine passion for the game. Their spirit and determination were truly inspiring, and they are already looking forward to returning to the courts to continue learning, training, and growing through tennis.
